Every order—whether custom-made or non-custom—is handled with precision and care, ensuring your item is produced, packed, and shipped with the highest quality standards.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and deliver your order worldwide.

1. Production Timeline

All Custom Addict products are made-to-order, particularly our custom and Print-On-Demand (POD) items. Once your order is successfully submitted, it enters our production process, which includes the following steps:

  • Artwork & Design Review: Digital files are formatted, color-checked, and verified for accuracy before printing.
  • Printing & Assembly: Each product is individually printed using advanced printing techniques to ensure color consistency and durability.
  • Quality Assurance: Every item undergoes a multi-step quality inspection to confirm print accuracy, alignment, and finish.
  • Packaging & Dispatch: After inspection, your order is safely packaged for shipment with protective materials to prevent transit damage.

Production Time:

Typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on product type, design complexity, and current production volume.

During high-demand periods (such as holidays or promotional events), production time may extend slightly, but we will always keep you updated via email notifications.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery. Shipping time begins after your product has been packaged and shipped.

 United States (Domestic Orders)

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days

 International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local postal service performance.

In rare cases (remote areas or strict customs zones), delivery may take up to 20–25 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and do not include weekends or holidays.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been dispatched.
  • If you have not received your tracking details after 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

4. Potential Delays

While Custom Addict strives to deliver every order promptly, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Customs clearance or import regulations in the destination country.
  • Shipping carrier disruptions, rerouting, or capacity issues.
  • Peak-season volumes during holidays or major sales events.
  • Local weather conditions, natural disasters, or pandemic-related restrictions.

In these rare situations, delivery may take up to 25 business days.

Our support team will always assist and communicate updates promptly to minimize inconvenience.

5. Shipping Regions and Availability

Custom Addict proudly offers worldwide shipping to most countries and regions.

However, due to local restrictions or carrier limitations, we may not be able to ship to certain destinations. If your shipping address is located in an unsupported region, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team to arrange an alternative solution or a full refund.

6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order.

Custom Addict is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes requested after the order has shipped.
  • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages due to customer absence.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production or shipping begins, modifications may no longer be possible.

7. Shipping Confirmation & Handling

Once your order leaves our facility:

  • You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email with all shipment details.
  • Orders are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers located in the United States and Asia, depending on product type and destination.
  • Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery.

Please note that international shipments may require your local postal service to complete the final delivery leg.

8. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international orders, your country may impose import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Addict does not control or influence these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by local authorities.
