3. Customization & User-Generated Content
Since we specialize in Throw Pillows, you are responsible for the content you upload.
- Image Quality: You are responsible for uploading high-resolution images. CustomAddict is not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-quality original files.
- Rights to Images: By uploading a photo, you represent that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it.
- Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to terminate any order that contains offensive, copyrighted (without permission), or unlawful imagery.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
- Order Cut-off: Please note our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (MST), Mon–Fri.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
- Communication: If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email provided: [email protected].
5. Products and Prices
- Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Hand-made Nature: Because our pillows are hand-cut and sewn, slight variations in size (up to 1-2cm) and color (due to screen settings) may occur. This is a characteristic of unique, hand-made items.
- Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
6. Modifications to the Service
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
7. Accuracy of Shipping Information
Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. CustomAddict is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
