Welcome to CustomAddict, operated by We Can Custom LLC. We specialize in creating unique, hand-made Pet Memorial Throw Pillows. Since each product is custom-printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Cut-off Time

Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (MST), Monday – Friday.
Orders placed after 05:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Processing & Production Time

Because our pillows use advanced all-over print sublimation and are hand-finished:

Average Processing Time: 3 – 5 working days.
Production begins only after payment is confirmed and all custom designs/photos are updated correctly.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery

Once your custom order passes quality control, it is handed over to our carriers.

United States: 4 – 10 business days.
Worldwide (International): 7 – 15 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal service performance.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5.99 for all orders under $100.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders totaling $100 or more.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey via our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

If you notice an error, please email [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order.
CustomAddict is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, CustomAddict is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
