At CustomAddict (operated by We Can Custom LLC), your satisfaction is our top priority. Since our Throw Pillows are custom-made to order, we have established a clear and fair policy to support you in case any issues arise.

1. 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return & refund policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Hassle-Free Resolution (No Return Required)

Because our products are personalized and hand-made, we understand that shipping items back can be costly and time-consuming for our customers.

  • In most cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage, you do not need to send the item back to us.
  • Simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • If a return is absolutely necessary or requested by the customer, do not send the package to the address listed on our website. We will provide a specific return address via email.

3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong custom design.
  • The print quality is significantly different from your approved design.

We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

As our products are custom-made (POD), we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Personal preference (e.g., “I changed my mind”).
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
  • Incorrect photos or low-resolution images uploaded by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refund Timeframe: Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1 – 5 working days.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or change your order details (address, photo, size) within 12 hours of placement.
  • After 12 hours, the order enters the production phase, and we can no longer stop the process or issue a full cancellation.
