Section 5 – Custom and Print-On-Demand Products
Custom Addict specializes in custom and non-custom products, primarily produced under a Print-On-Demand (POD) model.
All custom items are made-to-order based on your submitted design, text, or photo. Because each custom product is uniquely produced, custom orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases of production defects or errors covered by our Return Policy.
We strive to display accurate colors and images, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly reflect the actual product colors.
Production times typically range from 3–7 business days, and shipping times vary depending on destination.
You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content (text, artwork, logos, images, or designs) does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that we believe violates copyright, trademark, or other legal protections.
Section 6 – Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
